After the trial period, a non-refundable fee of $25 will be required to continue your subscription. Following one-day trial, it is essential to adhere to the provided instructions for downloading our app your smart TV. If you require a device to access our service, a non-refundable fee will also be applied. We appreciate understanding of these terms, as they help us maintain our quality. Refund Policy - the basics
All sales and subscription fees are non-refundable. If a device is necessary, an activation fee be assessed and is also non-refundable. Upon cancellation, the device must be returned in fair to perfect condition. If the device is not returned in the required condition, a replacement fee of $20 will be charged.
